Call Jeremiah or Shelley Blackwell to reserve your desired dates. %50 deposit is due to reserve your vacation. Rent starts at $195.00 USD/night + applicable tax.

The basic rates range from a standard rate of $195 a night to $250 a night for Holiday rates. Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.

Cancellation procedure

If you need to cancel your reservation prior to 7 days of the booked dates, you will receive a full refund for your deposit. If by some chance you need to cancel your reservation 7 days or less, your deposit will be forfeit, unless you re-schedule your vacation stay within 4 months of the original reservation.
